Thoughts of a Logophile

Well, I've seen it twice, so I think I can compose some more detailed thoughts now.


Did I miss anything? Let me know. ;-) I apologize for the length and not perfect organization.
All in all, I very much enjoyed it. Again, not sure it will bring in new fans, because the story is accessible (but not that great) but I don't feel like the characters are, so much, with all their backstory. Maybe they are, I don't know. But as long as it does decently in theaters, I'll be satisfied. Most of the fandom reviews I've seen up until now seem to be overall satisfied, too, and that's what counts, I think.

Man, that looks really cool. And it doesn't reveal plot points and yet does hint pretty nicely, I think! I cannot wait to see it on the big screen!!
